I remember always having an interest in 'witchy' things. I used to read the little spellbooks in the school library, and ofcourse Harry Potter. Also I'd always liked to read about Gods/Godesses from different cultures, especially the Egyptian ones. Ontop of that, I've always have a strongly religious side, I used to be a funidmentalist of a Christian, but ofcourse that was not the right way for me.
So, how did you become interested in Paganism/Wicca/Witchcraft?

Honestly, and don't judge me by this, but I think it was from all those hours of being brainwashed by Buffy the Vampire Slayer... but you probably shouldn't quote me on that. My uncle is Wiccan and godfather is Pagan, I guess they kinda pulled me into it. Also, I've never really like Christianity which was my original religion when I was little. It seem... flawed...

I sat down and wrote reasons why I wanted to become a witch. I came up with 15. I have always been drawn to and collected dragons. They seem so majestic. Fairies too. In fact, on my space, I have a small male fairie looking toward a castle in the distance. I believe my dreams are more than just dreams. One has been prophetic, one I think was a visitor from a past life, and the rest are just plain indescribable. By this I mean very vivid and real, I can fly by just walking into the breeze. I have always been drawn to Wicca, just never had the courage to embrace it until now. I am so excited that I just want to do it all right now. But I know I must be patient and learn first.

Aye me too....I started when I became intrestred in my dreams and what they meant. I got a couple books on dreams and started to keep alog on them....then I talked to a good friend from Ireland on the net and she then told me that she had been wiccan all of her life. She then gave me the titles to a few books to just read and see if it related to my dreams....SURE enough....it just all seemed to fall into place for me. I felt like I finally belonged in it.
