Sorry everyone, I was away since Thursday because of my Ulcerative Colitis. It flaired up very badly, and all of my bowels became inflamed and I had to go to hospital for maximum medical treatment. At the moment all is under control, but there is the likelihood that after a colonoscopy (when they look in your bowels), that the doctors will suggest I have the diseased part of my bowel removed, and replaced with a bag, which would eventually be rejoined. The situation did get very bad, I was back and forth to the toilet 10 or more times a day, and by the time it got to the day I went to hospital I just couldn't stand to put food to my lips. But I'm back now, and generally well. On a "Low Residue" diet though, that means I can only eat foods which require little digestion (eg: white bread, meats without sauces herbs and so on, pureed pears or apples, refined cereals such as corn flakes). Hope everyone is having a nice day.
